Someone wanted to know how to do a 'gradient' type effect purely in black and white. No grayscale gradients.
So I put together this quick tutorial to give a helping hand. Two choices for the far are grungy done with simple brush settings. Second is a cleaner halftone. Halftones are all the rage right now. You could use this technique to create your own halftone sheets just like manga studio.
It isn't super detailed, so if you can't figure something out exactly, feel free to contact me for some help.
