The Demon in the Mirrorby *Walter-Ostlie

I'm starting with the demon in the mirror.
I'm asking him to make a change.

Getting sick of my posts yet? I am in overdrive, just 5 more days till MegaCon 2010, gotta get some work to show.

This is a 11x17 bristol done with PITT pens and a splatter/ink wash. Then colored in Photoshop.

I was really excited about this piece when I got the idea. Then I started working on it and wasn't so excited. So I finished the inking and was only okay with it. But then I colored it and I am really happy with it again.

If I can help it I will never draw another reflection again. what a pain!

this is really nice. My only comment is about the left arm, in the mirror we can see where it is vanishing to but out of the mirror it seems like we should be able to see his arm between that area between the stomach and his right arms. other than that, this looks great!
