Your anatomy, shading and stuff is pretty good, like your stuff that isn't pixel art. I think you just need to fix the pixel art part. Most of the lines are really jagged and could really use some work, but since this is your first time doing this, its actually not that bad. If you cleaned the lines a bit this would be really good.
